Recommended strategies can include anything from imaging key individuals’ entire systems to the “targeted collection” of user-generated files from multiple custodians, to capturing shared folders from a client’s server. Each case is handled on an individual basis, preserving potentially responsive electronic data while avoiding the problems of over-collection or the need to re-collect data.

Our collection and imaging rates for hard drives, USB drives, cell phones, laptops, tablets and other external media are very competitive, whether we collect on-site or remotely (from our Pittsburgh offices), or the device, phone or hard drive is delivered to our forensic laboratory.
Unlike many companies, we do not charge by the volume of data collected; rather, we charge flat fees (regardless of volume) to image devices or collect accounts in our lab or remotely, and bill at reasonable hourly rates for on-site collections.
