Pennsylvania Bar Institute eDiscovery Update 2020 Panel Discussion on March 3, 2020


On March 3, 2020, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute is hosting a panel discussion, eDiscovery Update 2020, on key e-discovery developments during the past year. The session, scheduled from 9:00-12:15 at PBI’s Professional Development Conference Center (Heinz 57 Center 339 6th Avenue), will cover ethical issues arising out of the use/admissibility of electronic evidence, a case law update, current developments in e-discovery, and the admissibility of electronic documents. Speakers include: David Ries and Courtney Murphy (Clark Hill), David Cohen (Reed Smith) and John Unice (bit-x-bit).
