bit-x-bit is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager with a strong technical background to work in a fast-paced litigation and client-driven environment. The successful candidate will be someone with strong technical, data processing, communication and organizational skills, as well as significant eDiscovery project management experience. The successful candidate will project professionalism, have meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with our staff, clients and outside counsel to lead eDiscovery projects to a successful completion, as well as maintain and cultivate business and client relationships.
Requisite skills, experience and responsibilities include:
• Five years+ of experience in the use of eDiscovery processing tools (Venio experience is preferred), review platforms (Relativity experience is required), and analytics tools (continuous active learning, technology assisted review technology).
• Five years+ of experience managing the technical and human aspects of eDiscovery projects, including collection of client data, data processing (including quality control measures and exception reporting), data loading, and running productions.
• Creative, entrepreneurial, and business-building skills.
• Understanding and experience with SQL databases is preferred.
• Experience managing contract reviewers is preferred.
• Relativity and Venio certifications are preferred.
• Active J.D. license is preferred.
• Other eDiscovery certifications are preferred.
